**About the role**
Based in Parramatta, a hybrid work environment, seeking an astute Talent Acquisition Specialist to guide, nurture, and be responsible for providing high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services.
Working as part of a team, you will become a vital member of the Talent Acquisition team where we look after a dedicated set of Hiring Managers.
A key focus of your role is stakeholder engagement as this role isn’t about taking an order and facilitating a recruitment process, our hiring managers are used to partnering with the TA team working hand in glove to understand their needs and then delivering on that approach.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Provide talent advice to Hiring Managers
- Proactively develop pipelines for ongoing requirements within a volume environment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using PageUp (ATS)
**Skills and experience**:
- Previous agency/inhouse recruitment experience in a fast-paced volume environment
- Technology savvy to utilise various programs within the recruitment process with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiative, Initiative, Initiative Identifying new and efficient ways of working is always welcome
- Able to multi-task and navigate within a large complex environment
- Create innovative sourcing strategies
- Willingness to take ownership of your portfolio
