Your strong stakeholder management skills will be essential and your proven ability to maintain equilibrium in the face of multiple roles and priorities, exhibiting maturity in managing diverse and complex recruitment assignments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, identify, and engage with top-tier corporate professionals through various channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Be open to the ideas of others and feedback, stay current with industry trends with a commitment to continuous improvement.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in recruiting for corporate positions, ideally 5 years' or more
- Exceptional knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, to build campaigns and projects for talent pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) PageUp is advantageous.
- Internal recruitment experience is highly considered, but corporate agency experience is acceptable.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate emerging trends in the employment market.
- Proactive in seeking market intelligence for a competitive advantage.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the Not-for-Profit sector.
