**About the role**:
As the Office Manager and EA to the Director, you will play a key role in supporting all business activities and growth. You will provide broad support for the Director, ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day office, as well as help build the company culture and manage related activities such as team events, HR support, wellness activities etc. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will be working closely within a small, supportive & fun team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support the Director to ensure the business operates smoothly and achieves key deliverables
- Support team and leadership meetings including minutes, document management, reporting, and logistics
- Manage administration across multiple businesses including scheduling, invoicing, business & strata administration, and strata compliance requirements
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as council, fire contractors, consultants and insurance brokers
- Presentation and report preparation, procedures & policy manual updates
- Co-ordination of HR and IT support
- Co-ordination of marketing and other project management activities
- Event management activities, including end-to-end coordination of functions
- Provide pro-active support, diary & travel management for the Director
- Build the business culture, supporting diversity, wellness and team events
- Manage the office facilities ensuring the team have the resources they need to be efficient, productive, and to provide a great work environment
As this role is responsible for office administration and plays such an important part in culture, we are looking for someone to be in the office full time, however, flexible hours are on offer.
**About you - qualifications and experience**:
- You have similar Office Management or Executive Assistant experience
- You have experience in running office-related projects and assisting teams
- You are customer service focused and thrive in a team environment
- You are a problem-solver and find solutions to ensure the right outcome is delivered
- You have high attention to detail, are highly organised and demonstrate outstanding communication skills
- You are adaptable, flexible and able to manage a fast-paced work environment
- You operate with the highest level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- You have strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience within the Property Industry is preferred but not essential
