**Project Support/ HR Coordinator / Admin**
**Purpose of Job**
Providing generalist project support for the agency, casual and contractor staff in the business. You will be engaging with the HR Business partner and Recruiter to support processes, projects, and initiatives to ensure maximisation of efficiencies and consistency of people services to the business.
This position is a key role in providing support to staff, contractors and the HR department, it is important to maintain confidentiality with regards to all employee-related information. This includes sensitive information such as personal information, employment records, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
**Essential Functions**:
- Processing and profiling staff
- As required assist the Business Partner with processing of staff.
- IT Procurement - hardware/ software is organised for staff.
- Create and maintain up to date personal files.
- Ensure all personal and compliance documents are up to date for audit purposes in their staff files.
- Maintain up to date Master salary spreadsheet.
- Onboard all staff.
- Carry out all new starter inductions.
- Twice yearly carry out review of all bandings to assist management with the Remuneration review.
- Process Exits & Send an exit links.
- Chase up yearly performance reviews.
- Administer surveys when directed.
- Check HR data. Do regular audits.
- Process bonuses for all staff
- Provide People updates to management for the weekly team debriefing.
- Keep an accurate record of workplace milestones.
**Education**
Administration certificate, HR Management and or related experience.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
