As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and providing vital support to managers and employees throughout their employment lifecycle. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, resolving underlying issues, and fostering positive employee relations. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting performance goals, monitoring the office culture and morale,, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and visa sponsorships.
**About the Company**:
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings, manage job advertising, and liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Conduct background and reference checks, and assist with employment offer and contract preparation.
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless induction process.
- Manage documentation related to new hires and assist with workspace setup.
- Oversee probationary periods and provide necessary support.
- Employee Records Maintenance:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained securely.
- HR Administration:
- Implement and administer HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
- Manage employee benefits programs and coordinate performance evaluations.
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary processes and maintain relevant documentation.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in conflict resolution and conduct initial investigations into employee concerns.
- Collaborate with management to foster positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports for management decision-making.
- HR Legal Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance across the organization.
- HR Platform Management:
- Support and train staff in using HR-related platforms, such as HRA Cloud and Office Vibe.
- Employee Visa Sponsorships:
- Manage and oversee employee visa sponsorships, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
- Training Program Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Minimum Experience Requirements**:
- 2 years of HR experience
- Administrative experience
- Visa sponsorship experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- Solid HR knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in technology and HR-related platforms
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with employees and management
- Professional corporate-level personal presentation and deportment.
