To support our growth, we are seeking an efficient and detail focused Human Resources Administrator to join our vibrant HR Services Department.
As the Human Resources Administrator, you will report to the Human Resources Superintendent at our Pier Street office, and you will be instrumental in the efficient upkeep and accurate documentation of records for the Human Resources Group.

**The key responsibilities of the role but not limited to**
- High accuracy of data entry and data management
- Efficient coordination of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, contractors, and temporary staff in our HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Maintaining accurate HR records in employee files and our HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Responding and triaging HR related queries through a ticketing system
- Transactional and administrative HR Services for the entire employee lifecycle processes across Perenti Group
**Key Requirements**
- 12 months professional experience in a similar role will be highly valued
- Strong people and stakeholder engagement skills
- Formal qualifications in HR (or similar) advantageous but not essential
- Exposure to HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communications with very strong attention to detail and the ability to structure thoughts deliberately, logically, and directly
- High level of initiative, self-drive and enthusiasm to succeed and progress
- Very good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage expectations and coordinate priorities
