**The Role**
Reporting to the VP Human Resources, we are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who can jump in and assist with all the business-as-usual administration for the HR function. The pace is fast and culture supportive, positive, and proactive

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for HR assisting employees and hiring managers with general HR advice
- Coordinate the onboarding for new employees - drafting contracts, liaising with payroll etc
- Produce timely and accurate HR documentation and reporting - i.e., contract variation letters and management reports
- Uploading advertising and coordination of interviews, globally
- Other ad hoc HR administration

**Skills and Experience**
- People person with strong administrative and follow up skills.
- A strong communicator you will love working within a fast paced, highly successful organisation
- Ideally have a degree in HR or similar field.
