**TEN Recruitment** are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join an established construction client based in Burswood.

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for the construction industry? We are is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our clients team. As an integral part of our growing company, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions and ensuring the development of a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting open communication.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- **Policy Development and Compliance**:

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and legal requirements to ensure the company remains in compliance.
- **Training and Development**:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skill sets.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in HR coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

On offer is a salary up to $90k plus super (DOE) plus bonus scheme each year. Free on site parking and ongoing promotion targets.
