WesTrac are currently seeking a **Marketing Administrator** to join our Operational Excellence team. Located at our head office in South Guildford, you will be responsible for providing data support across several key programs the team manages nationally. Central to the role will be your support of the businesses lead entry and sales funnel requirements into WesTrac’s CRM system which helps accurately report on revenue generation opportunities

The position would ideally suit a recent marketing graduate with an analytical mind who considers themselves a self-starter and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks with ease.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar) or working towards
- Highly developed administrative skills previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform products such as Power BI, Power Automate would be well regarded
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and manage fluctuating workloads and multiple priorities
