We are seeking the expertise of a marketing & administrative professional within our Office Leasing team based in our Perth CBD office. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career within a high-performing and collaborative team.

**You will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include**:

- Preparing, formatting and collating reports, marketing materials, submissions, and other documentation using InDesign.
- Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team.
- Assisting the marketing team with the coordination of marketing events and campaigns.
- Updating of internal databases.
- Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses.
- Managing team travel economically, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged.

**Qualifications** To meet the challenge of this busy role, you may bring some of the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in a support and/or marketing role, with some basic property related experience.
- Experience using InDesign, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong MS Office skills; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication skills.
