We are led by a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team in recruitment, labour hire, consulting, commercial and human resources. In less than two years we have established a large client portfolio in the mining sector, and currently work with various Tier 1 Mining Operators - amongst a list of blue-chip clients with whom we share long-term relationships.

An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to develop and advance their Administrative and Marketing career. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and Director, you will be the office all rounder, create marketing content and support our leadership team.

**On any day you could be**:

- Reviewing marketing content and posting to our LinkedIn and social media accounts
- Forward planning marketing content and developing new ideas
- Managing the office including ordering materials, organising social events and maintaining the office environment
- Supporting our director and leadership team with daily tasks
- Supporting the administrative team with reporting and cross checking
- Running errands outside the office

**You offer**:

- Previous experience in an office admin, PA, EA or junior marketing role
- Knowledge of LinkedIn
- A passion for marketing
- Ability to show initiative, be productive and efficient
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously, be flexible and problem solve
