Melbourne & Olympic Parks are looking for an energetic Client Relationship Manager, specialising in Ticketing, to cover parental leave for a 9-month fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension. We are looking for someone to champion the Client and Guest Experience through the ticketing function and to understand how vital that process is in contributing to the overall Customer Experience. Get exposure to a dynamic precinct putting on world class events while developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and promoters.

**About the r**ole**

Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing ticketing services for our key clients and internal customers. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of ticketing for events across our venues, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from inception to execution.

**What you will have the opportunity to be involved in***

**Event Planning & Delivery**
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering expert guidance to meet their event ticketing needs.
- Oversee all ticketing aspects for events, including leading and managing the ticketing department.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial, Venue Operations, Workforce, and Marketing.
- Use your specialist knowledge to inform direction regarding venue modes, capacities, fees, and charges.

**Customer Experience**
- Offer strategic advice on ticket pricing, sales, and projections throughout the lifecycle of events.
- Ensure the effective distribution of event information through ticketing partner channels.
- Tailor solutions to diverse customer needs and use data to drive improvements.
- Resolve complex customer and client issues efficiently.

**Drive Commercial Outcomes**
- Understand the Ticketing Services Agreement and its commercial implications.
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue through value-added services, promotions, and packages.
- Conduct analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mainstream ticketing systems (e.g. Aspect, Insight Plus, TM1).
- Being an agile problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and planning skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a passion for Customer Experience.
- Competent arithmetical abilities with experience in calculating venue capacities and balancing sales figures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Adobe Photoshop.

Please note, as this is an operational role there will be some weekend and night work on site, however the Ticketing team also have flexible working arrangements where people can work from home when possible.
