The Opportunity
The IT Manager - Phantomworks Global is responsible for multiple networks and leads a multidisciplinary team of System Administrators, Infrastructure Specialists, and cyber security specialists to manage the networks as well as provide service desk support.
In your role as the IT Manager - Phantomworks Global you play a crucial role in the delivery & support of information technology services in both a development and operational environment, across multiple locations. You will be responsible for understanding our customer's evolving business needs, and then help us create the next generation of information technology services to meet the requirements on these complex defence programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of System Administration, Infrastructure Specialists, and cyber security specialists and establish a strong culture of collaboration and engagement.
- Manage the multiple Phantomworks networks through establishing and reporting on KPIs and also strategically evolve the network to meet the growing demand and end user needs.
- Establish and grow a team to implement and manage project specific development and test environments
- Supporting the implementation of cloud networks for key programs

Experience/Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple networks and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in working with multiple end user stakeholders, understanding their needs, and provisioning for it.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and executing projects to stand up new environments or evolve existing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising and working with accreditation agencies.
