**What the role entails**:
As our Brisbane Office Manager / Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organisation. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Other key focuses of the role include:
- Greeting visitors and directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls.
- Receive and sort daily mail, manage all deliveries, arrange couriers and distribute faxes.
- Managing all supplies and ensure the office is stocked for staff.
- Maintain strict office security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Manage all Melbourne meeting rooms and calendars.
- Keeping the Reception area and whole of Brisbane office clean and organised.
- Performing administration duties as required.
- Catering as required with exceptional presentation to guests.
- Working with the Melbourne & Sydney Office Managers together to make sure that phone calls and company administration tasks are covered when away from the office.
**Here’s what you’ll need to bring**:
- Proven working experience in similar Receptionist, Office Manager & Admin roles.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving and identifying issues that may arise.
- Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Committed to provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.

- Is highly adaptable and able to effectively manage time to meet rapidly changing priorities.
- Can communicate clear and concisely
- Can demonstrate initiative, adaptability, maturity, and sound judgement.
