Our client, based in Lane Cove NSW, is highly respected global brand with a strong market presence in over 100 countries around the world, and well regarded for manufacturing and installing high quality vertical transportation systems to the commercial and residential building and construction market.

In this varied and exciting role you will be responsible for supporting the Technical Sales teams in each state, helping them grow market share and portfolio of customers both new and existing, through CRM sales funnel management, proposals, tenders and pricing, lead generation via market intelligence data, and social media marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support sales teams to prepare letters of interest, budget proposals and tenders.
- Monitor touch points with Customers and create processes and collateral to maximise repeat business opportunities.
- Use company CRM and ERP to ensure timely, accurate sales data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Pro-actively identify and validate prospects through internal tools (CRM) and 3rd party tools such as BCI & Cordells etc.
- Administer Customer Satisfaction Survey processes, conducting surveys and analysis of results
- A motivated self starter, with strong administration, time management and organisational skills.
- An strong communicator, with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills capable of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Can confidently establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Can collaboratively engage with colleagues, peers, and management to deliver great customer experiences.

Any relevant sales co-ordination experience in the building and construction industry, and/or large scale technical products, or electrical / mechanical systems sales will be advantageous, but not essential.
