We are a high-performing real estate team based in Sydney, transacting around 50 properties per year, with plans to grow by 30% and expand to a team of three.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Associate / Administration & Marketing Support to work closely with the Principal Agent. This role combines administration, client care, sales support, personal brand marketing, and property campaign coordination — providing a great opportunity for someone looking to establish or grow their career in real estate.

What You Will Do

  • Day-to-day administration and database management
  • Assisting with preparation of listing and sales documents
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and liaising with suppliers
  • Managing social media and personal marketing content (posts, stories, reels, newsletters, database updates)
  • Assisting with property preparation, styling, trades, and vendor support to get homes market-ready
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floorplans, copywriting, and online/print marketing materials
  • Attending and assisting at open homes and auctions
  • Conducting overflow buyer call-backs and client follow-up
  • Supporting the sales agent to ensure a smooth transaction process from listing through to settlement
  • General office and client support tasks as required

About You

  • Previous experience in real estate, administration, marketing, or customer service highly regarded
  • Current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok ideal) and basic design tools (Canva etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with strong client service focus
  • Ability to work Saturdays (with time off in lieu during the week)
  • Car and driver's licence required
