The Sales Analyst/Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and promotional activities for the Australian/New Zealand business by assisting in contract responses, quotations, sales and market data analysis, CRM (SFDC) reporting, attending scientific meetings and displays and ad hoc project support as needed.
This position is part of the ANZ Commercial team and will be located in Sydney, Australia. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Provide support to the sales and marketing team on administrative activities and manage/maintain appropriate promotional collaterals as required.
Coordinate and book exhibition/trade displays and internal meetings, customer quotes and contract renewals, coordinate and monitor customer pricing tables, coordinate and support tender responses, monitor contract compliance and markets/market shares and competitor activities
Develop and maintain data models and visualization, provide market and business insights to measure commercial performance, and identify trends, gaps etc.
Leverage Danaher Business Systems models to prepare/create and manipulate complex data reports, graphs, and figures for use by internal and external customers; comprehend reporting trends and interpret how the data impacts customer satisfaction and revenue growth and ensure data accuracy and completeness in operational work, reports, files and databases
Be super-user/administrator for local CRM system (SFDC) and Power BI and utilize existing and develop appropriate Sales Reports to support the Commercial Teams’ plans and effectiveness
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or relevant science
Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience in customer-focused support roles, ideally in in-vitro diagnostics or related industry
Experience and good working knowledge with ERP/CRM systems (eg SAP, SFDC, Power BI) and excellent working knowledge of MS tools such as MS Office and Excel
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Understanding of the Diagnostic market environment, regulatory requirements, clinical guidelines, reimbursement, and customers a distinct advantage
Specific experience in sales/promotional support, data management & analytics, enterprise sales productivity tools
