Soulful Fitness is a beautiful yoga, Pilates, reformer, spin and barre studio in Lane Cove that delivers over 80 classes per week plus 430+ online classes and workshops. Soulful Fitness has over 9 types of yoga, tai chi, meditation, barre, Pilates mat, Pilates reformer and was awarded 2019 Australian Fitness Boutique Business of the Year.

We are looking for a happy, self driven and motivated person with interest in wellbeing and customer service to join the team

We are looking for someone to join the team that is:

- Detail orientated

- Passionate about serving and helping others and willing to learn
- Interested in wellness/ wellbeing

Your daily activities include;
Customer service; Handling member requests, greeting members, ensuring members needs are met and customer service is five star.

Operations; Day to day running of the studio including administration, answering the phone, ensuring people are signed into class, ensuring studio is tidy, handling pro shop purchases, member retention activities

Membership sales; handling enquiries, making appointment bookings and selling memberships

If you're a a positive person with a can do approach and enjoy seeing people achieve results and get excited about changing lives on a daily basis, you'll love this role.

You'll have 6 months retail, sales, recruitment or customer service experience.
Full on job training provided.

Full training provided. Opportunity to teach classes if desired.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- Lane Cove, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
