We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, Customer Service & Outbound Sales Representative based in our Head Office in Virginia QLD
**,** to partner with our customers to ensure they get the right part, to the right place, at the right time. This is a fast-paced and challenging role within an organisation that is leading the way within the Automotive Repair market.

**About the role**

The primary role of our Customer Service & Outbound Sales Representative is to:

- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience
- Building trusting relationships with our customers
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records
- Basic excel skills
- Experience in an outbound sales role
- Automotive Industry experience (desirable)
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement
- Monthly bonus structure.
