You’ll be joining an organisation that prioritises its customers and focuses on operational excellence with a supportive and engaging team environment. **About the role**: The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to: - Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery - Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience - Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records - Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement. **About you, skills and experience**: We are looking for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry, has the right attitude, ability to be adaptable, communicate efficiently, and work well within a team.
