**About the role**

The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to:

- Build trusting relationships with our customers
- Engage with our inactive and emerging customers
- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes through to customer delivery.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Respond to customer escalations and order allocation.
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.
