We have a manager opportunity in our fast-expanding practice with the focus on Defence and other government clients. This is an exciting role, with the opportunity to bring leading edge solutions to high value, long term contracts. As an accomplished procurement and commercial management professional, you will work with extraordinary people who are passionate about supporting clients deliver on their outcomes.

**How are you Extraordinary?**
- You have a deep understanding in defining contract requirements, drafting contractual artefacts, and developing requests for tender with a thorough understanding procurement risks.
- You can manage complex strategic contracts for Defence or government with a strong understanding of commercial risks and how to ensure value for money is maintained over the contract term.
- You are passionate about developing strong relationships with clients, maintaining these relationships after engagement completion and assisting in the achievement of the ongoing Defence sector business development strategy.

**We are looking for people with**:

- Deep knowledge and skills in contract management, procurement processes and complex commercial agreements, preferably including experience with the ASDEFCON templates.
- A depth of experience in roles managing outsourced supplier relationships and large commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated understanding of the procurement lifecycle, from acquisition strategy and planning, tender development and evaluation, and contract management.
- Familiarity with the Commonwealth legislative and policy frameworks (e.g. PGPA Act, CPRs).
- Exceptional oral and written communication.
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in commerce, law, business, or related fields (post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded).
