**Isentia - Sales Enablement Manager**
Based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne
At Isentia, we are passionate about bringing the right people into our team. We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Commercial team.
The role is responsible for increasing effectiveness of our sales team members through building capability, knowledge and confidence to successfully sell/ upsell / cross sell all of our products in the region, in the agreed (Isentia/Pulsar) way to meet and exceed targets.
This role will develop the sales enablement strategy for Isentia APAC. The role will design and implement programs for providing integrated content, training and coaching services for the commercial teams along the entire customer buying journey.
Delivering learning over multiple engaging channels, from onboarding to fulfilling the full client cycle, train the teams on best practice and ensure.
**What does a Sales Enablement Manager do at Isentia?**
- Create, Design and Implement the “product knowledge learning program” from onboarding through the full lifecycle of a commercial team member.
- Ensure the delivery of the program is delivered in engaging and effective ways.
- Create unique tests for our teams to demonstrate they understand the program, ensuring knowledge is building in team members and you can coach them through the lesson plan.
- You will work with sales leaders to continue to improve sales and account management effectiveness through enabling and driving systematic adoption of agreed behaviours, systems and processes.
- We want you to positively impact our awesome culture and maximise team performance through your experienced leadership and coaching.
- Ultimately we want to ensure that our internal commercial teams are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to be effective as quickly as possible upon joining.
- We look forward to seeing your program come to life, creating varied training collateral (videos, pfd’s, decks, and other mediums) that may also be required to ensure the team are sufficiently prepared.
- Work with Salesforce operations to ensure alignment of salesforce practices and accountabilities are included in training and programs.
- Continue to review and improve the sales enablement practices, methods and programs to align with the objectives of the Commercial strategy.
**What will make you stand out from other applicants?**
- That you understand buyer process maps, sales playbook, etc.
- Be ‘data driven’ in determining or prioritising where the biggest impact can be made and continuously gather insights to refine your approach and methodologies used.
- Work closely with product management, product marketing, sales teams, sales leaders, and other cross-functional experts to increase collaboration and effectively build awareness and support of sales enablement programs. Drive alignment across brands wherever practical.
- In collaboration with your Sales Enablement team members, and other functions, define and track appropriate metrics to measure sales enablement success and identify and implement needed improvements based on that data.
- Bring thought leadership to enablement initiatives based on past experience to positively impact sales and enablement team results.
