This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding multinational organisation specialising in defence and government related products. Working within this dynamic and expanding industry leader will give you the opportunity to identify and capture challenging projects.

**Your new role**

This Commercial Manager role will see you providing commercial guidance and direction to the business in the areas of contract management, contract negotiations, supplier management and customer engagement. You will be responsible for project compliance with the contract, Australian and foreign government requirements for the management of technology, intellectual property and confidential data. Contributing to phase and contract status reviews will be a challenging part of this position. You will have experience liaising strategically with all levels of stakeholders including Internal, and External Customers, including the Department of Defence.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working with ASDEFCON bids and contract negotiations
- Experience in the management and development of contract frameworks in the Government and Defence markets
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Currently have or able to obtain Australian Defence Clearances
