We're focused on opportunity and want to help you make the most of yours. **What this opportunity involves**: An excellent opportunity has become available for a CRM Training Support to join our Sydney head office team. This role will see you provide support and training across our Australian business for all issues relating to our CRM system, referred to as Focus. Specifically, you will provide structure and ad-hoc training for new and existing users, develop, and maintain documentation, be involved in testing of system upgrades as well as provision of day to day "on the ground" support for any system issues. A snapshot of the role; First level support, and end to end user training Support business processes Creation and maintain documentation To manage and be accountable for the processes and procedures to cleanse, enhance, improve, and monitor the quality of the CRM data Liaise with key business personnel to document system improvements Review and implement new data structures on the CRM and work with IT to evolve the system UAT testing as required What can JLL offer you?
