**The Role**

The CRM Specialist will work alongside the Marketing team at our Head Office and be responsible for driving the creation of innovative and engaging customer communications, monitoring their effectiveness, whilst nurturing pre-existing and new customers within the CRM system. You will implement marketing campaigns and techniques to drive new customer acquisition and deliver analysis with actionable insights to develop future successful campaigns to meet business objectives.

We are looking for someone with strong data segmentation and analytical skills who can turn things around quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position would suit someone who has a passion for retail, and who is driven to create engaging content.

**What you’ll do**
- Monitor and manage relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
- Maintain the EDM database paying particular attention to acquisition and unsubscribes
- Analyse and identify audience segments to be used for targeted campaigns
- Advise on and assist in the development of A/B campaign tests
- Track, report, and deliver insights on campaign performance, including recommendations for improvements
- Expand on brand reach and boost consumer loyalty

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in similar digital marketing, CRM, or marketing role
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Digital, or relevant degree
- Experience with Dot Digital or equivalent CRM system
- Working knowledge of reporting platforms
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills and collaborative attitude
