- Full time temporary until 30 June 2026
- Competitive remuneration package up to $115,654 p.a. (package includes salary between $93,295 - $102,941 p.a., plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)

**About the State Library**

**About the Role**
As the CRM Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the data integrity of the Library-wide CRM system currently in procurement. Reporting to the CRM Platform Manager, you will be an integral part of the CRM project team, supporting stakeholders across the Library in preparation and throughout the system's implementation.

You will also be responsible for preparing information for migration to the CRM, managing the data post-migration, and continuously aligning CRM data functions with the Library’s business strategies. Your expertise will ensure that the system operates effectively and meets the evolving needs of the organisation.

**Knowledge and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have the following knowledge and experience:

- Extensive experience in managing and developing information management products and solutions for a service-based organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in a data administrator role particularly a Customer Relationship Management environment or function.
- Highly experienced in developing reporting dashboards for customer service teams and managers.

**Talent Pool**
