**About the Role**:
***The People and Culture division at CDC is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and self-motivated **Recruitment Administrator **to join their team on a fixed term contract at our Seven Hills depot.

This is an initial fixed term contract opportunity reporting to the recruitment manager to provide support to the recruitment team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As the Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for
- Initiating pre-employment checks for all new employees
- Initiating pre-employment medicals for all new employees
- Creating new employee contracts
- Processing supplier invoices

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in working in a high-volume administration role.
- An ability to keep multiple tasks moving along.
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
- Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities.

**Qualification and accreditations**:

- Advance level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems would be highly advantageous.
