**About the Opportunity**

We are now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our friendly team, based in our Corporate Head Office in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

This is a maternity leave position offering hybrid work arrangements with onsite parking available. We are seeking a proactive and customer centric individual with experience overseeing a small team of approx. 3-4.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Managing, coaching and training a team of 3-4 Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Administrators
- Engage with hiring managers to become a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-adding and cost effective
- Coordinate pre-employment checks i.e. reference checks, VEVO checks and medical bookings
- Initiate and coordinate strategic sourcing and marketing activities
- Monthly reporting and ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Previous experience in Team Leadership or Supervisory role within a Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or similar environment
- Experience in developing and initiating strategic sourcing activities
- Experience recruiting Trades and Engineering roles (highly desirable)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- High level of attention to detail and a passion for offering a quality service
- Experience in the use of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search.
