**About the Opportunity**

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process (advertising, approvals, shortlist and interview)
- Completion of relevant pre-employment checks (references, licence and police checks)
- Being the ‘systems administrator’ for our ATS (MyRecruitment+);
- Administering remuneration, learning and development and HR compliance processes
- Researching, identifying and recommending solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR service delivery.

**About You**
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity and would ideally suit someone who;
- Experience in a recruitment, resourcing or a related administrative position
- Comfortable working effectively and adaptably within a fast-paced work environment
- Possess an enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive disposition and a team player attitude
- Some experience in the use of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search (desirable).
