**What you can expect...**
- Manage & lead members of the Operations team.
- Evaluate and enhance existing systems and structures while overseeing Day1x’s trading infrastructure to ensure operational excellence and scalability.
- Work closely with the Head of Growth in assisting with the acquisition of new clients by rolling out new product offerings such as new assets, payment channels & managing marketing promotion/fulfilment.
- Manage and review executions with liquidity partners to ensure clients are receiving high quality fills on orders.
- Work to improve trading conditions of the exchange with the managing of existing liquidity partners and the onboarding of new ones.
- Report to the stakeholders of the business about key metrics of the business.
- Work closely with the treasury team to ensure that payment channels are available for clients to fund their accounts & onboard new providers where necessary.
- Stay up to date with digital asset developments that may or may not impact the exchange.
- Implement procedures and policies with the assistance of the treasury manager for managing our multi-sig wallet infrastructure to ensure the smooth operating of the exchange while also maintaining the security of the assets held.

**What we are looking for...**
- Bachelor in Commerce or similar
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of the crypto/digital asset space
- Understanding of Fintech industry & AML/CTF functions & risk management

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
