Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, the role is primarily responsible for the coordinated flow of product from the Warehouse to our Stores. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the analysis of sales contribution and stock levels across all stores, with a clear understanding of the store demographic and capacity, to ensure that stock is allocated to maximise their sales potential. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Release stock allocations to the Warehouse in a timely manner to achieve agreed delivery dates for stores.
- Set up auto-replenishment model stock for all core items and monitor weekly to ensure that there is sufficient stock on repeat and orders to maintain styles.
- Review and refill all manual replenishment styles weekly, in line with store requirements.
- Communicate with stores regularly and send weekly updates to the State Team with Warehouse stock availability for replenishment.
- Liaise with VM, Retail and Marketing on distribution and allocation of styles.
- Liaise with Loss Prevention on stock take results to ensure stock data integrity for all allocation and refills.
- Ensure data is processed with the highest degree of accuracy.
- Consolidate all relevant data into excel.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience as a Planning Analyst/Allocator or similar.
- Retail background, preferably within fashion preferred.
- A desire to join a passionate retail operations team, helping grow a company into a national brand of choice.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Able to work alongside a range of key senior stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
