**Your opportunity**

Our BrandSpace Sales team provides the platform to showcase and promote products, generating sales from our millions of dedicated shoppers. As the Group Sales Manager for our Media division, you will support a team of Media Sales Executives who are responsible for selling campaigns and growing digital media offerings in selected launch sites.

- You will be a passionate sales leader with experience leading and developing a high-performance team of sales professionals.
- Regularly meet agency partners to generate tailored solutions that address client business objectives and create shared value
- Display effective people management through establishing clear goals and ensuring performance expectations are met
- Lead a proactive approach to pipeline development ensuring monthly group targets are achieved.
