Internal Sales Representative

**The Role**:
As an Internal Sales Representative at Solatube, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, playing a pivotal role in their journey to brighter homes. We are looking for enthusiastic team players with a passion for sales in the home improvement and renovation market. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service, recommend the best solutions, and help our customers achieve their daylighting and ventilation dreams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Consult with customers to recommend appropriate daylight and ventilation solutions
- Generate and follow up on sales quotations, offering options and closing sales
- Efficiently manage installation schedules and coordinate with customers and field staff
- Provide excellent showroom service and process customer payments
- Maintain accurate notes and job photos in the Field Service App
- Assist in managing inventory and ensuring timely ordering for installations
- Work towards company sales KPIs and contribute to overall growth

**Qualifications**:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Highly motivated and driven by sales targets
- Strong attention to detail and basic financial calculation skills
- Some building industry sales experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently
- Honest, responsible, and dependable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
