As one of the leading mobile food retailers in Australia with over 50 mobile food vans located in three depots at Minchinbury, Minto, and Port Kembla, just like the postman they always deliver.

**THE ROLE**

This autonomous role will see you challenged every day to make a difference in an energetic and timeline driven environment.

Having worked in retail, hospitality or skilled within manufacturing, you will thrive in taking control and working your route each day, ensuring timetables and destinations are adhered to.

You will be a self-motivated professional, who can speak to people on all levels, to fill the role of fulltime Customer Service/Sales Representative at the business’ Minto & Minchinbury depots. You choose

Lead the sales team by creating a positive and sales-outcome focused culture, while delivering a profitable growth within the business.

Daily duties will be, but not limited to:

- Work closely and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels within the community.
- Lead and mentor Customer Service/Sales teams
- Monitoring/identifying sales trends and analysis of sales forecasts.
- Focus on increasing sales and profitability.
- Strategic planning and organizing of future sites. Bring your ideas
- Train, mentor and build the knowledge and capability of your team using a proven in-house sales model.
- Contribute to the business’ financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory management and controllable expenses.
- Travel and see what is happening outside the office doors
- Take pride in and uphold the brand by ensuring all customers have a great experience and customer service at the highest quality.

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- Current C Class Drivers Licence for NSW. Some experience in driving a small truck is essential. Only a Car License is required to drive our small vans.
- A clean driving record.
- The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, and suburban roads.
- Be fit, suitable enough to carry the delivery orders.
- Experience with multi drop deliveries.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Must present well coupled with proven communication skills
