We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee our internal operations, manage our phone sales team, and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our installation schedules. This role combines administrative responsibilities with active sales management and operational scheduling, requiring a proactive, organized, and sales-oriented professional. The Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of our office, contribute to driving sales growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient scheduling.

**Responsibilities**:

- **General Office Management**: Organize and streamline office operations and procedures, ensuring a productive work environment
- **Bookkeeping**: Manage all bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, processing payroll, preparing financial reports, and managing invoices and payments.
- **Sales Team Management**: Oversee the internal phone sales team, including training, performance monitoring, and actively participating in sales calls to meet company targets.
- **Scheduling Oversight**: Ensure efficient and accurate scheduling of installation appointments, coordinating closely with the installation team to optimize routes and customer satisfaction.
- **Supply and stock Management**: order stock and control inventory provided for installations and projects.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, handling correspondence, filing systems, and supporting staff with queries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office management, with a strong background in sales team management and operational scheduling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Experience in customer service and schedule management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively managing customer relations and internal team coordination.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High School degree; further education in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field is a plus.
