**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join Bluescope Building Components in our Minchinbury team as a Sales Support Admin. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our National Sales, Innovation, and Design Solutions teams. You'll work closely with major national customers and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and help drive business success. Your responsibilities will include coordinating customer presentations, event management, processing vendor invoices, and handling a range of administrative and clerical tasks.

In addition to operational support, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making by assisting with sales analytics, performance tracking, and reporting for national accounts. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with high-profile customers and support strategic sales initiatives across the business

As an active member of the team, we will continue to support and develop you in the role, so you’ll grow to be valued for your outstanding attention to detail and your expertise in sales support.

**What Will You Do?**

Working closely with our functional teams, in this role you will be responsible and accountable for the safe, efficient, high quality, cost-effective administration processes and systems, you will:

- Monitor and coordinate system updates in our e-commerce and CRM platforms.
- Maintain, update and create knowledge-based documentation and templates for sales, operations and support functions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
- Monitore incoming enquiries regarding our sales platform and customer portal. Actioning these in a timely manner and seeking support when required for further follow up.
- Work with State-based teams on products, service offers and pricing claims in our e-commerce platform

Being quick to adapt and able to juggle multiple priorities at any given time, you will have:

- High level of communication / interpersonal / problem solving skills
- Well-developed computer and systems skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer centric approach
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills and experience
- Experience with sales platforms or customer portals would be highly desired**
