**ABOUT**

Our client is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join the compliance and leadership team. This opportunity is full-time and will be working with senior leaders within the compliance department with a leading training provider.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Support the management of compliance for the College.
- Plan, conduct and continually review the continuous improvement in accordance with the national training packages.
- Manage the development, implementation and review of learning resources including training and assessment strategy for individual programs.
- To work with the Training Manager to develop a best practice model of vocational training and enhance the development and delivery for students.
- Support the development, review, modification and continuous improvement of training and assessment procedures.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, forms and all training and assessment related documentation is developed and maintained to AQF standards.
- Actively participate in organisational meetings, events and functions.
- Consistently role model the College’s Shared Leadership Behaviour.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Work independently and within a team environment on numerous high-level projects.
- Exercise discretion, judgement and confidentiality.
- Develop and manage key relationships, including the ability to consult effectively with trainers and assessors, auditors etc.
- Demonstrate experience in the administration of student enrolment records.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in teaching, learning and assessment as related to adults.
- Ability to work from the City Campus - Work hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
