With a strong commitment to compliance, student satisfaction, and continuous improvement, we are looking for an experienced and passionate RTO Manager to lead our operations and ensure our standards remain high.

Key Responsibilities

As the RTO Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the RTO, ensuring full compliance with the Standards for RTOs, managing staff, and supporting student success.

Your duties will include:
Overseeing and maintaining compliance with ASQA standards and relevant legislation

Managing internal audits, validation, and continuous improvement activities

Ensuring student records, enrolments, and reporting (e.g., AVETMISS, USI, PRISMS) are accurate and up to date

Liaising with trainers/assessors and supporting them to ensure delivery meets training package and compliance requirements

Leading student support services and ensuring a high standard of student experience

Assisting in course planning, timetabling, and resource development

Managing staff performance, professional development, and HR tasks

Supporting business development initiatives and compliance with funding contracts (if applicable)

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a similar RTO Manager or Compliance Manager role

Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and ASQA requirements

Familiarity with PRISMS, AVETMISS reporting, and LMS/SMS platforms

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently

Current knowledge of VET sector trends and compliance updates

Familiarity with student management systems (Wisenet)

Experience in managing a small team and scaling operations
