
Administrative Assistant

The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Provide support to our logistics & trade team
- Managing and filing of customer and supplier invoices and payments
- Collecting accounts receivable
- Reconciling and approval of third part invoices including coldstores, freight carriers and others
- Preparing shipping schedule reports and providing support service to customers and suppliers

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Maroochydore, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
