Signarama Maroochydore is seeking a **Receptionist / Admin Assistant / Sales Support** on a casual basis approximately 15-25 hours per week with days and hours flexible (to be discussed).

If you
- have an excellent work ethic (**punctual and reliable**)
- have a willingness to learn
- have an enthusiastic and friendly personality
- have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- have a High School Certificate, Gr 12
- Drivers license required (for occasional pickups or deliveries)

You will be undertaking reception/front desk duties and assisting with other administration duties as required.

**Duties and Responsibilities not limited to but may include: -**
- Answering calls and booking site inspections
- Greeting walk in customers
- General office admin (basic cleaning and errand running occasionally)
- Receiving orders from suppliers and organising couriers for customer jobs
- Invoicing through our CRM software (training provided), calling customers to follow up on estimates, and chasing outstanding payments
- Provide relief and backup support for sales and admin duties
- Occasionally providing remote backup support to our other locations as required

We work throughout beautiful SE QLD and are growing quickly, with our base in Maroochydore. The future here is great and there is potential for further development for the right person

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
