Marketing and Social Media Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- We are looking for a creative individual with strong writing and coordination skills and a developed approach to marketing.
- A small team will report to you in this role, these will include event stylists, graphic designers and a marketing and PR coordinator.
- You will oversee and develop marketing and sales assets for presentations and digital campaigns, working alongside creative content teams and designers to tight deadlines.
- Promoting digital engagement and an online presence for the business is important; you will devise the social media strategy and work with the team to deliver it.
- Develop new business strategies, assess global sales targets and liaise with account managers to generate new leads.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage new collection launches, including photoshoot, content creation and social media / EDM rollout.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of relevant social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn adapting content to suit different channels
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
- Design, build and maintain our client’s social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against client goals (ROI and KPIs), utilising pre-existing reporting templates (as well as developing your own ways of working).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate clients end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for agency and client use where appropriate
- Liaising with existing clients to ensure all of their requirements are met, and being proactive in approaching them with any key ideas for them to boost their presence in the Australian and global markets
- Manage social media accounts for clients where necessary. This will include full creative planning, copywriting and reporting
- Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research practices
- Ability to lead and unlock insights to support the development of strategic thinking
- Experienced and capable of visualising data in engaging and story building ways.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital and social media marketing
- Ability to create and edit content for relevant channel use; experience using programmes such as Adobe suite and canva are welcomed.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital & social campaigns that engage, inform and motivate our clients audiences
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Solid knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Proficiency in English
- Time management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A creative flair with a genuine interest in events and design.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Annandale, NSW 2038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
