AMPERNA is an Australian Topical Postbiotic Skincare, Body and Haircare brand committed to creating active products specifically formulated for even the most sensitive skin, so they can be used by everybody. We are a small and dynamic team and are looking for someone who believes in our brand values of Honesty, Simplicity, Revolutionary, Mindfulness and Cruelty Free.

We're looking for a creative and hands-on In-House Content Creator to help bring our skincare brand to life through engaging video and photo content. This permanent part time tole is two days a week and is focused purely on content creation, filming, editing, and concepting videos for ad creatives and organic social (Meta, TikTok etc). You'll work closely with our marketing and ads teams to create fresh, high-quality content that connects with our community and drives performance.

The Role

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Film and edit UGC-style and product-focused videos for both ad campaigns and organic social content.
  • Work with the marketing and ads teams to brainstorm and produce new creative concepts for testing and content refreshes.
  • Capture product visuals, texture shots, and application content that align with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with lighting, styling, and setup for both in-studio and on-location shoots.
  • Maintain and organize content libraries and deliver assets for use across channels.
  • Stay across social media and skincare trends to inspire new content directions.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or digital creative - ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
  • Confident shooting and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, ad creatives).
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and/or CapCut or similar editing software.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and storytelling in both studio and natural light settings.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to take a concept from idea to execution.
  • A natural passion for skincare, authenticity, and visual storytelling.
