**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the FMCG sector, with a strong track record of achieving revenue and profit growth.

- **Strategic Thinking**: Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business goals and respond to market trends.
