This growing Events Hire company located in the trendy inner west location of Sydney is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This newly created position will see you promoting the company's brand and services.

In this role, you will be optimising their marketing strategies, as well as preparing forecasts. To ensure success, you will need knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads.

The role includes:

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies
- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts
- Generating new business leads
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Coordinating marketing strategies
- Implementing, optimising and measuring the google analytics piece
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Managing the website
- Managing the digital marketing and social media for the business
- Promoting their brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or affiliated
- At least four years' experience as a marketing manager
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
- The ability to be self managed and able to work autonomously
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
