**Who You Are**
- You have a passion for creative industries, especially design and interiors
- You are energised by driving business growth and motivated by increasing customer value
- Passionate about digital marketing, demonstrating strong digital acumen with a creative mindset and eager to deliver the best in marketing campaigns and performance
- Formal qualifications in marketing or similar
- Min. 10 years experience as a marketing manager, with a fundamental understanding of the importance of keeping ahead of the competition and being a leader in the industry
- Experience in retail and wholesale marketing
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive writing skills
- Strategic and lateral thinker
- Advanced knowledge of graphical tools
- Driven with a positive ‘go get’ attitude, able to perform and deliver results

**Your Responsibilities**
- Create, establish and maintain the business' digital presence
- Ad copywriting and content creation to support these online marketing campaigns. Content creation including videos, images, animation etc.
- Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns
- General administration across the digital spectrum, including business website
- Reporting results and frequently communicating with management
