As they continue to grow and adapt to the ever-changing business landscape, athe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Analyst/ Junior Change manager with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience to join our team.

The role is a 6-8 month contract with a possibility of extension

**Position Overview**:
As a Change Analyst/ Junior change manager with UAT experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful change initiatives within the organisation.

You will be responsible for analysing, planning, and implementing changes to improve business processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Your expertise in User Acceptance Testing will be crucial in ensuring that changes are thoroughly tested and seamlessly integrated into the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for change.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with proposed changes.
- Develop and implement change management plans, including communication strategies and training programs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, feedback, and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring that all changes are rigorously tested and meet quality standards.
- Analyze UAT results and work closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth transition to production.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize the adoption of changes and new processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst, preferably with a focus on User Acceptance Testing.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in planning and executing UAT processes, including test case design and execution.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
