**About the Role**
- We are seeking a Change Analyst to provide change management support for a number of our clients and ensuring that project and delivery teams understand the change management approach, and the benefits it delivers for their people.

**Responsibilities**
- 3+ years as a Change Analyst in the Financial Services Industry
- Experience in implementing and delivering change end to end by informing, engaging and motivating the business and its people to embrace change.
- Experience supporting the introduction of change, including particularly complex change initiatives.
- Demonstrable hands-on approach when executing change strategies and deliverables.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve change using collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills whilst engaging professionally across all levels of audiences.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst, assessing business impacts and training needs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, adaptable to different audiences
