**Change Analyst - Flexibility to WFH and CBD office - $108k Fixed Term Contract

The role of the Change Analyst will include:
- Manage Change across the organisation as part of a Contact Centre merger Program, bringing external Contact Centre and Telephony Operations in-house
- Take the teams on the journey to understand how these new processes will improve Customer Experience
- Work closely with a small, close knit Change team, as well as stakeholders from across the organisation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prosci or ADKAR experience
- Experienced Change Analyst who can work across different teams - must be 'hands on'
- Contact Centre and Telephony project experience
- Financial Services industry experience advantageous
