Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join a dynamic team. The Accounts Officer is responsible for ensuring timely payment of payroll, payables, receivables and aged debtors.

The Accounts Officer primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Extract and record daily time works in Easy Clock
- Process weekly payroll in MYOB
- Payables - receive and sort creditor/supplier invoices
- Reconcile bank account in MYOB EXO
- Prepare and roll over periods
- Follow up aged debtors and outstanding invoices
- Send invoices to customers as required & follow certain claiming procedures
- Send statements and monthly business reports
- Prepare and process quarterly and monthly payroll through Office of State Revenue
- Journal payroll values
- Follow up rejected invoices
- Preparing letter of demands and sufficient evidence
- Superannuation - create clearing house file
- Assist and resolve work order enquiries with General Manager
- Update contractors daily costings
- Monthly bonuses for contractors
